Gatecon - Gatecon is THE event of the year. It's the biggest and best Stargate SG-1 convention in the entire world. You'll hear it referred to as 'The Con' and there is a countdown in the room topic. It's held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada annually. This year it's held from September 11-14 at the Best Western Richmond Inn. Birthdays - when a room regular's (reg's) birthday comes around, they usually get a dose of GMs' wrath. Basically, they get their photo put on the Yahoo! Groups list front page. The fun is guessing *which* photo Ang has gotten her hands on >=)
